We provide quick shipment times, individualized customer care, and shipping from within Australia.

Every order is individually packed and handled with care by us.

Depending on the amount of the transaction, all devices and e-liquids are properly wrapped and sent in either a priority box or a poly-cell padded envelope. Zip-lock bags are used to store e-liquids at all times.

Despite our best efforts to package your item, we are not liable for errors committed by Australia Post, such as misdirected, mishandled, or damaged packages. Your e-liquid may spill if it is harmed during transportation. To prevent spills on other items in the package, any spills will be contained inside the zip-lock bag.

Tracking and delivery

After a purchase is placed, it is dispatched, and you will get an email with tracking number and confirmation. You will be notified by email or SMS on the day of delivery that your package is on its way to its destination.

The package will be sent to the closest post office if no one is there to sign for it. After that, you’ll receive notifications via email, SMS, and letterbox on where to pick up your package. Please make sure that when you pick up your package from the post office, you have your ID on you.

Shipping within Australia

Orders are shipped daily until 12 p.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), Monday through Saturday. Your order will be posted by us:

the same working day if bought before 12 p.m. AEST.
the following working day if bought after 12 p.m. AEST.
Please be aware that on Australian public holidays, we do not ship.

Estimated time of delivery

Standard post flat rate: Within Queensland, transit takes 24 hours starting on the day of postage.
Two business days will pass after the day of mailing for any other state.
For orders exceeding $300, we provide FREE flat-rate (standard post) shipping.
Quick post:
Within Queensland: between one and two business days after the postmark date.
One to three business days after the day of mailing for any other state.

Please take note: To find out where your package is, check your parcel tracking first if it hasn’t arrived by the deadline. If it’s not arriving at your address, get in touch with us, and we’ll ask Australia Post to look into it.

International shipping

We do not currently ship products internationally.

Postal redirects

As per Australia Post policy, loose lithium-ion batteries are considered a dangerous good and can only be posted by standard post (flat rate, by road) or express post (air). If they are delivered by aircraft, they may pose a fire and safety hazard. It is acceptable to deliver devices’ internal batteries by air.

We will mail your things via standard post (flat rate) if you choose express post and your order contains loose lithium-ion batteries.

If you paid for expedited post, we will reimburse you the difference.
